About us

We are a Digital Manufacturing & Contract Manufacturing service, specialising in lightweight carbon fibre 3D printing reinforced with continuous fibres. Available reinforcement fibres include Carbon Fibre, Kevlar, Fibreglass and High-Strength High-Temperature Fibreglass.

Utilising Markforged's unique composite 3D printing technology, we create Continuous Carbon Fibre (CFF) reinforced parts that are stiff, strong, extremely durable, and often capable of replacing machined aluminium. The printed parts are very precise with a best-in-class black surface finish thanks to Onyx, Markforged’s extremely versatile micro carbon fibre filled PA6 nylon material.

As well as Onyx, we offer a white nylon material that can also be reinforced with Carbon Fibre, Kevlar, Fibreglass and HSHT Fibreglass.  This nylon is a smooth engineering thermoplastic that's easily dyed or painted. It doesn't contain carbon fibre, resulting in a non-abrasive material that is best used for ergonomic surfaces and work holding for pieces that are easily marred.

Composite 3D printed parts excel as jigs and fixtures in a production or factory environment.

Additionally, we offer a variety of premium NinjaTek® TPU flexible materials in different colours.

The Shore Hardness ratings range from the ultra-flexible 85A NinjaFlex to the extra-firm 75D Armadillo.

For specialist applications, we also print with the new groundbreaking variable hardness TPU VarioShore by Colorfabb®. This flexible material allows for a single part to possess different properties such as density, weight, tactility and varying stiffness/softness levels across its geometry.

Our manufacturing process is particularly suited for the drone, UAV/UAS, remote control, aerospace and automotive industries where light and stiff is a key consideration.
